Do They Exist?

of course there are other life forms out there. It just seems like there is no one out there. However, i am quit sure they do exist. The thing is i wouldn't say they are as advanced as we are but there definitely life out there

Considering the universe is practically infinite from human eyes, it's definite that there are other lifeforms on other places of the universe. Think about it; astronaunts and scientists have gotten extremely far from the Earth in the outerspace and universe, but still we haven't even gotten a billionth of the way through the universe to discover anything yet. There is over an infinite number of lightyears away from the Earth into the universe; and just 1 lightyear is the same as 5,878,499,814,186 miles. Just one lightyear doesn't match up to anything. There is definitely at least over billions of species in just 1-2 lightyears away.

All i have to say is its impossible to say there isnt life out there, yes Rok you are correct for every grain of sand on this planet there is a star and more. Each of those stars could have 9 planets orbiting it and on one of those planets there could be life, people say not as advanced as us..why not? They could be more advanced than us or they could be microbes still. Even so i still believe we are not alone is this place but i dont think we are ever going to find out. Light speed and all that is bull crap, you would have to go the speed of light which is impossible. Unless they are made some sort of gate which transports themselves here (highly unlikely) then i dont see us finding out or seeing these 'others'.

Is that what they used to say on the planet you came from Van1lla?

Yes, I think that their must be other forms of life in the universe. There are hundreds, maybe even thousands of other galaxies in space. We don't know the limits.

I think they found ice on Mars? Could that mean a species once did survive?

If the theory of evolution is correct, then there very well may be life on other planets.

Macro Evolution is an unproven theory bro, don't use at as your starting foundation in the search of orgins.

For you begginers, beggining to begin to understand the vastness of the known universe here is a nice little vid for ya'

Keep an open mind, and you'll prosper and grasp new ideas more readily aside with living a healthier life.

No, it's not an " unproven " theory, it's a scientific theory. Gravity is still a theory, but no ones denying that now are they? Everything with the word " theory " is not proven.

A scientific theory unproven as a factual phenomenan, when in fact it is taught in the majority of schools as the "excepted theory."

How do they classify it as "excepted?"

I'm on my phone right now so I really don't have time to deal with more evolution denying rants ( already see enough on my forum ) but all I will say is that you ignored my original question; Gravity is still a theory, is gravity a lie?

Quoted from Berkley EDU

Evolution is observable and testable. The misconception here is that science is limited to controlled experiments that are conducted in laboratories by people in white lab coats. Actually, much of science is accomplished by gathering evidence from the real world and inferring how things work. Astronomers cannot hold stars in their hands and geologists cannot go back in time, but in both cases scientists can learn a great deal by using multiple lines of evidence to make valid and useful inferences about their objects of study. The same is true of the study of the evolutionary history of life on Earth, and as a matter of fact, many mechanisms of evolution are studied through direct experimentation as in more familiar sciences.

Ooops...

Posted the video Saruman posted.

If this isn't enough to convince people that other life is out there... you're an f'ing retard.

Please be a little more civil and respectful of those who disagree with you while debating..
No one takes those who curse and call each other " Retards " seriously in any debate.

theres got to be some other living thing on another planet somewhere maybe not in our solar system but we know nothing about whats beyond what we know is there.
i just can't believe we're the only planet in the whole of space with something living on it.

i certainly believe that we are not the only species in the universe. xxx
