Do you like rap music?

I used to like it some years back, when I was 12-13 years old. I quickly grew out of it, however. The only rapper that I like these days is Eminem, and I don't even really listen to him all that often. Rap just isn't my thing. I'm more into rock music (J-rock lately). Still, sometimes I pull up an Eminem song or two on YouTube just to listen to him a couple times.

I like rap. I haven't been listening to it much lately, but it's still one of my favorite genres. Pretty much everything that was mentioned in the thread already, I'm into. Especially the classics.

A few others that I don't think were mentioned: Mos Def, Talib Kweli, NaS, Lupe Fiasco, Common... and a heck of a lot more.

You're an idiot. On January 1, 2000 all the good rappers immediately ceased creating any good music. The stuff released on December 31, 1999 was fine though.

... WRONG. Good music can still be found. IF you bother to look. D'Pryde, Traphik, SCUM, Dark Half, Erika David, Smallz One, Lil Crazed, Eppic, KidCrusher, are some examples I can think of. And a lot of those good ones still do put out some good stuff from time to time.
