Do you think MW2 will die once Black Ops comes out?

Didn't say people wont buy it. They will buy it, but they might hate it and never play it again. (go back to MW2). I honestly think die hard MW2 fans and MW1 fans who hated WOW will hate Black Ops and stick to MW2. Black Ops just seems to play like WAW, which is different in a sense from MW1 and 2Gimgak said:

MW2 was trash, i'm expecting Black Ops to be the same. Not even gonna buy it. Gears of War is and always will be the best shooter.

So many things in MW2 are overpowered or just completely absurd; now excuse me while I lunge 10 feet to knife you.
Games aren't perfect. The COD series has always been a multiplayer king pin since COD 1 on the PC (oh wait, most of you who hate the game have never even touched this games roots). It just didn't get big until Modern Warfare when the average joe started saying "OH SWEET DUUUDE!!! SHOOT SHI
Its a unique game that OTHER games have tried copying. Don't forget, COD 1 existed MANY years ago. And it was still an amazing game back then. So its nothing new, its not as much hype as it is that its just a good damn game. Despite a few flaws its nothing major. This is one of THE premire multiplayer and single player experiences.

Yeah I didn't touch COD 1 for the most part... I touched the predecessor MOH though. Something about YAWWII game didn't seem that interesting. There hasn't been a "good" AAA title in years, just "good for what they are" games really.tech4talk said:

Now I agree, the most recent call of dutys weren't AAA++++ perfect titles. Now COD4 I would place as an AAA title. That game really pushed the series foward and multiplayer gaming in general. But since then the rest of the COD games have been "good for what they are", which is great. Not AAA though.

I sold MW2 and used the money to buy a wallet to hold the money I didnt waste on a crap game. True story.
Well, I guess I can confirm that MW2 has created its own large niche audience. I messaged a buddy on PSN and he said that the MW2 community has not really been affected by BO's release, but then again, I had about ten friends who played MW2 constantly, and now they are playing Black Ops. Sheep I tell you.
