My parents know but it doesn't really interest them, probably because they don't understand it.

Yeah, my parents know about it. My mom, to be exact. Since back then when I was planning to invest on the forum domain and hosting I asked her for permission since I didn't really have money on my own, lol.

Well I live on my own, my mom has passed away & my dad lives a hundred miles away and we only seem to talk a couple times a year.... So no, they don't know. Seems like a minor/unimportant detail about my life anyway.

We're in the same boat except the part about your website. I'm pretty involved even though I just started this one and only have about 6 members.

If I saw my dad, I'm sure he wouldn't care. If my mom was still alive, she would think I was a genius or something for making and running one, but she wouldn't understand anything about it.

Even though I don't own a forum, my family still has no knowledge that I participate in forums. Which is fine, because frankly, they don't care. 😉

My parents knew I was running sites back in the day. With Movie Rewind they knew from the start as I was investing actual money this time. Now it was just a waste.

Yeah, when I had my debate forum, my mom was actually a member and she did really well. I thought I would show her it and she would post here and there ever so often, but I was wrong. She turned out to be the 2nd highest poster and was on everyday. 😀

I haven't told them, but our router logs websites and I lived at home, so I assume they already know anyway.

Yeah, seeing as I make a living online. My brother is also a member of both of my forums and uses my other websites pretty often.
