Dont worry about it, some say something bad about my site, i just take it as a chance to improve my site. All feedback is good 😛
 
It isn't about what browser they use, all modern browsers don't have issues with the CSS. It is the screen resolution that will be your issue due to the fact that you are telling the images to appear on a certain px. This means they will always appear there at the size you have told them no matter what screen or browser. I suggest using media queries to solve this, it is the only way when you want to use absolute positioning.

The site looks good on my pc with Firefox but doesn't look good on safari on my iPad tbh
 
The sidebar words are kinda being covered by the green block for me
 
Yeah, alot of people have been getting weird views of it.
Im considering just scraping those side bars

People with smaller screen resolutions won't be able to browse properly - the sidebars that you added hover over the forum. You can test it by just making your internet browser smaller.

The text runs out of the menu boxes as well. It looks messy.

It looks fine to me apart from the images in the back ground i don't know if they have been removed as it is just a green blank back ground now
