One thing I noticed as soon as it loaded was a misspelling: "Hiring an SEO Company."
Another problem I had was the right content bar. It's way to long in width in my opinion. It gets my eyes off of the actual content.

The sidebar is that large by default. However, larger, successful seo blogs (Link) have a relatively larger sidebar compared to content. Personally, I think its ok as it is, but thanks for the suggestion.
