Well, got a reply from FreeForums.org saying the site is approved for being moved and the move will be happening as soon as possible :cheer:

Also, our race to 5000 Posts is still up: To remind you what we are trying to do, we are trying to get to 5000 posts before our 6 Month Anniversary on the 13th.

Bump!

Our forum has now officially been moved to HostGator and we have made some major changes.
We have a new, but similar theme and our blog is now at http://fictionlovers.org/blog instead of as a subdomain on wordpress.com 🙂
We are still looking to make 5000 posts by the 13th so come on over and help us out!

We aren't very much different stats wise, which is very sad. If you like reading books or watching movies, then please join.

Also, I am thinking of making another writing contest, with the same prize (finally got the list), but give a little more time to write. This time it will a scary story to get us ready for Halloween and you will have until the 25 of October. This will give you ample time to write the stories, and me enough time to read and review the stories before Halloween which is when the winner will be announced. Please tell me what you think of this.

Happy halloween!

Down at Fiction Lovers we have been having a great halloween. We have had many updates and I would like to share a few of them with you!

I just hired 2 new moderators, so please congratulate Briggers810 and BlazingBlue on getting the job 🙂 Hopefully we can get this forum a little more active, so far they have been doing a great job!

Also we now have a total of 4766 posts. Just need around 250 more and we reach our goal of 5000 posts! Also, we have reached 200 members thanks to Daisy.

And we now have a new banner and logo that don't, as some people have said "clash with the theme." I would love feedback for it. to check it out, look in my sig or on my forum, http://fictionlovers.org.

And lastly, we have made it all the way to the final round of the Forum Tournament on http://forumspotlight.net
