phpBB 3.0.3 has now been released folks. A few exciting features in this release including template inheritance and some pretty useless ones like "allowing users to set current year as birth date".

I will be upgrading my demo forum soon, who else is going to upgrade?

phpBB Support teams are no longer supporting 3.0.2 forums.

Haha. Thats my luck. I just installed 3.0.2 for my Halo Forums.
Literally about 5 minutes ago. Can it be upgraded?

If I have modifications on my forum, what will happen to these when I updae? Will they still be there?

It depends how you update... If you use the automatic update package then it will try to keep all the mod edits in place so you won't lose them.

I got 4 confects within the files

includes/functions.php
includes/functions_admin.php
language/en/acp/board.php
viewtopic.php

Don't you mean conflicts? I got that with functions_user.php

Now I also have a SQL error so i don't think i can update 🙁

Re-do the MOD edits for functions_user.php and perhaps your SQL error will leave. ~smile~ Always worth a try.

I wouldn't.

You won't be able to upgrade from 3.0.2 to 3.0.4, you'll have to go up through 3.0.3 .

What is the error you're getting?

It happened during the installation and I cba to upload the install files again 😛

it was something like includes/auth.php, includes/auth_arcade.php and includes/db/mysqli.php errors.
