Nice, kind of reminds me of zetaboards (but in the very early stages). Looking forward to seeing how it grows.

Good to see that this hasn't been forgotten about ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ‘

Hopefully we can see a feature where people would be able to move their forum over to it (or better, have it converted to it from Jcink/Forumotion/etc) ๐Ÿ™‚

Congrats on taking this over @Cedric . I am sure you will do great things with it.

EDIT: I wanted to let everyone know that creating a forum is fast and easy. Move forward with your idea and launch it at Forum Spark.

I'm going to give this a shot as a sort of test. It will be from a non-techie perspective and I'll take screenshots and document my progress at times for those who are curious.

Looking forward to read all about it!

Good luck, I think it be epic

One thing I noticed not sure if it's a bug but it doesn't look like people can have spaces in their username. I tried on one forum and it wouldn't let me.

Same - just says this "The username field must only contain letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores."

Space is NOPE

It's not a bug, it's an intentional design when FS was launched. It's on my list to change at some point because I find it annoying as well.

Maybe you could do a quick change and just state that spaces aren't allowed or something for now?

Out of morbid curiosity - how many people use Forum Spark on current forums?

I legit love the idea, Cedric! PB and ZB died a sad death. People should have a platform to make a forum without tons of hoops to jump through.
