Good luck to everyone applying. Still new here, and it seems newbies can't apply irrespective of the experience they've got.
What are some of your experiences?

I can write articles, post on forums, and run some roles as administrator or moderators on forums.
I aim to build better experiences with time.
What was your role? Would you consider applying again for staff?Best of luck to everyone! Working on the FP Team was always a grand experience. I miss the old days of my time on FP Staff 😀
What forums have you been on staff previously?
I believe the "30-day member" rule is actually closer to a guideline. They check each candidate individually. As far as my understanding goes, this is set up so they can get to know you, form an opinion about you, and, based on that opinion, make decisions about the recruitment.Good luck to everyone applying. Hello, friendI believe the "30-day member" rule is actually closer to a guideline. They check each candidate individually. As far as my understanding goes, this is set up so they can get to know you, form an opinion about you, and, based on that opinion, make decisions about the recruitment.
And well, it doesn't look fair to me for somebody to join a new forum and immediately ask to become staff. Take your time to look around, see how things are, make some friends with the members. Get the community to feel connected to you. And then, I think, it would be the perfect time to apply for staff.
Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with somebody wanting to help. But we need to feel safe, make sure their intentions are pure. Nobody started their way from the top.
I'm fine, thank you for asking. I hope you're doing well too. 🙂That's by the way, hope you are fine?
