I just noticed some users already used this, its not started right? i can see it says tomorrow but just making sure

That's correct, it starts a midnight tonight EST (Saturday morning) and goes till 11:59 PM EST on Sunday.
 
Awesome! I could use a package request. Is this going on now or starting tomorrow for Central Time Zone?

The answer is in the OP. It starts at midnight tonight (Saturday) EST - Eastern time zone.
 
Let me clarify some things. I apologize for all the confusion in this thread.

If it is completed in time, you can request another package on Saturday/Sunday and not have to follow the wait time from today's package or pay for the new package either. This is not accurate. You may only request one of each service this weekend. So you can request one package, one review, one text ad, one community spotlight, one text ad, AND one featured site. However, you can not request a second package, or a second review, etc. even after the first one has been completed.

The line that says "if you already have a service in progress it must be completed before you request it again" means if you requested a service before this weekend, it must be completed first before you can request this service for free.

This event started 25 minutes ago and continues until 11:59 PM tomorrow night EST (GMT -5).

I hope this clears everything up. 🙂
 
This is really a good offer and I think this is really beneficial to all members. I am lucky to see this at the right time.
 
I have also seen in the advertising services users are doing the featured site and text ad at the same time, can this be done and both be free?
