If you request a package right now, the PT will start it. If it is completed in time, you can request another package on Saturday/Sunday and not have to follow the wait time from today's package or pay for the new package either. The same goes for standard reviews from the ET, though it's honestly less likely that a review will be completed in time since it takes more time to write a thorough review of a site.
