On January 18th of 2012, Game-not.com will be offline as part of a global protest regarding the SOPA and ProtectIP bills being proposed in the United States House of Representatives, and the Senate. These two bills would destroy the infrastructure of the internet, and stifle first-amendment rights across the country. Popular websites such as Reddit and Wikipedia were said to be participating in the protest as well.
