If you guys want to seriously see what can happen if you are hacked... Vew this forum right now... 😵 accounts are being hacked, threads, moderators and they are banning everyone they can.

I'd take that link down if I were you. The hacker could easily download any sort of virus onto a viewer's computer upon viewing that board. Good luck to the administration getting it back though.
 
Link edited. Plus these guys are just peeved off FYU's 😛 not system hackers. They only want to attack their forums, they haven't touched the homepage nidex or anything. They have been at it for about 3 hours now 😛
 
It's not that they have no lives, it's that they're smart enough to do it, and so they do when they feel needed. I've noticed lately that the people who say they have no lives are the ones that wouldn't be able to pull something like that off. So why do you say they have no lives? Because they spend time learning how to do it? Guess what, sports stars spend time learning moves and things to be the best too. So stop it please.

As for the hack, I couldn't see it as I got here after the link was down.

Even if I could do some of the hacks (and I can do some,) I wouldn't. In my opinion, anyone who causes disruption and tries to ruin a forum for no reason which is obviously going to make the people who created the forums upset and as if they have wasted their time only for their own enjoyment has no life.
 
No they have lives, they just have no hearts really. Everyone has a life, you'd have to be stupid to think otherwise, you can't live without one.
 
Hmm... looks to me like someone wants to compete with rewards1 😛. They're a big site so they most likely have a recent back up anyway

The term "no life" is more a reference as to what that individual does with their life and whether it is constructive.

I'm glad nothing like that's ever happened to me, and God willing it doesn't happen in the future.

I feel incredibly sorry for the staff at that forum. That's is a shameful way to hurt somebody.
 
You're all nuts. Why do wars happen then? People go out of their way to destroy LIVES parents have spent YEARS making and developing. Hacking is just war online, there is no difference. A hacker = a solider. I'm not, nor will I ever say soldiers are bad people, nor will I ever say hackers are bad people.
 
Anybody who go out of their own way to cause damage like hackings or killing people i don't understand. In wars there are usually 2 types of people. The bad people who kill people for no reason like terrorists and suicide bombers while other people kill these people to protect a large number of other people.

Hackers are usually bad people. Comparing hackers to wars are completely different things and it is like comparing bread with bricks.

Have you heard of a white hat hacker? They are the "good guys", if you can believe it. They get paid to find exploits in systems before the bad guys do, and they get paid to take down sites that cause harm as well. Sure, they are still breaking cyber laws but they are doing it for good reasons.

The term "Hacker" just means someone who edits something to work better for them anyway, we're all hackers and modders. You can't say hackers are bad people with no lives unless you include yourself when you speak.
