Glad to hear you're doing fine. Weather wise? Here we are expecting ice first and then anywhere from 6 - 12 inches of snow on top of the ice. Not going to be fun on the roads, that's for sure.

We have warm weather most of the year. It will get a bit hectic in summer though. Which is due in a month.
