Help me, Work interview

I just wanted everyone to know that I got the job with my friend! Getting paid $8.50+$1.25/hour. The extra 1.25 an hour is because of my hours Ill be working. 2am to 8am. I got the "Flo" job. In their words of the stocking floor. I unload the shipments from the 18-wheelers.

When I got the job I'm working at now, they didn't even request that I be interviewed. (I'm a housekeeper at a local motel, so this is probably a bad example) but in fact, when I went in to turn in my application, one of the managers wanted me to start right away! I would have, but seeing as it was a Friday afternoon, I asked if I could wait till the following Monday to start instead, and she said that was fine. It was funny, because, I turned in my app, and the first thing I heard was, "Can you start today?" Well, it was already late in the afternoon, and they usually got done at 2 PM, so that's another reason why I was anxious to start on the following Monday.<br /><br />-- Mon Nov 15, 2010 11:58 pm --<br /><br />

2 AM to 8 AM.... not bad! That means you'll have the rest of the day to yourself, so that'll be nice!

Yeah! My best friend got the same department with me, same hours too. He will be carpooling with me. I'm pretty excited to start.

A few years back, I worked at Wal-Mart doing graveyard stocking then eventually moved to a morning/day shift. Had to get out of there because I was going nowhere and not making enough money to survive.

My orientation went great! I start Monday for my first training day. I will be working 3am-7am for the next few weeks.

WEDNESDAY: 3AM-7AM
THURSDAY: OFF
FRIDAY: 3AM-7AM
