Also Kasem, our two main services require post requirements or as the package team an amount of post's and most new members don't stay for long only 1 or 2 will stay for an hour an then one of them will stay long range.

Right I will reply to your typo'd post. We are still trying to get it out of circulation. Who knows perhaps there is an active member who is a hacker among us and he might desperately want the cash.
How does giving a inexperienced forum user some virtual forum cash on one forum help them in any way?

OK look. The point is also to help newbs, as well as help circulation which I will explain below. It helps new members to get their first FP$ and will probably make them more active as a result, to see what a friendly community we are. This is beneficial to FP. It's also just a kind gesture, right?
There are several really rich users on the site who need to spread their money a little. If everyone had a smaller amount of FP$, it would work better than a site with such varying amounts of FP$. Also it's likely new users won't use their money, and so the FP$ will be lost which is really what we need to happen.

Of course it improves circulation or whatever the term is. As new members make that needed 10 or 25 posts, they can then get the services. With 10 or 25 posts, they wouldn't be able to have two or three services at once. We reduce our cash by spreading it around and that in turn reduces the amount of FP$ in the system.
