How much exercise do you do a week?

I normally do around 3-4 hours of exercise a week through badminton and martial arts.

What kind of Martial Arts? I've been putting off taking a boxing class for over a year :shake:

Anyway, I hit the gym every morning, mon-fri. Weights with a little bit of cardio.

I am doing Wing Chun at the moment. I used to do a bit of Taekwondo but stopped, although I may take it up again sometime soon.

I might start going to the gym too. How many hours do you do at the gym every week?

@MasterA

I've been getting more interested in Taekwondo since I started listening to the Joe Rogan podcast a few years ago. I used to take Kenpo when I was a kid, but eventually fell out of it.

When I'm at the gym, I'm there for an hour & a half. 1 hour of exercise, 10 mins of stretching, 5 minutes in the steamroom, and 10 mins of staring at myself/my phone.

For the past few months I've been going to the gym 5 days a week.

However, work has been kind of hectic lately and my schedule keeps changing so I've been slacking for the last couple weeks.

I don't really exercise these days, but if walking counts, I do that occasionally. (2-3 times a week) 😛

I would like to get into sports (for exercising), but I will wait until summer hits at least. xD

none, I walk around when shopping or down the street but that;s about it. Lately lifting allot of boxes

Taekwondo is quite good. You should try it if you have time.

Recently not so much as I have been in too much pain, But I like to do an hour of Yoga/Pilates every other day for 1 hour. I also like to walk, but I can't go far so it is usually a 20 min dog walk twice a week.

I try to go at least 3-4 times a week to the gym itself. I try and do some cardio every day.

Now, I do around 6 hours of exercise a week. 2 hours of Badminton and 4 hours of Martial Arts (2 hours of Wing Chun and 2 hours of Taekwondo).

I actually have my own personal exercise equipment in my own room directed towards my 65" TV. So I can watch anything while doing my daily rounds. I like to try to do 1-2 hours at least a day.

I tend to do an hour every 5 years 😛

when I was at college and wasn't raining and had time I walk I into town to get bus back home and that walk will take me 30mins and that's also hills

I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread because I've honestly haven't made working out a priority every day. I know it's important to do at least 45 minutes per day.

I normally do my best to get an hour a day in. However, I probably average about 45 per day. The weather here has been pretty nice, so I'll probably start trying to run a 5k every day again.

sitting down and not being fat is good 😛
