I will be honest i do not do much which i should do more, ive been told i sit at my desk working too much, i think i do need to give myself a break sometimes and get out more haha. its normally over the winter months though.
When I was younger, I was doing plenty of push up and sit ups alternately plus biking around our village. But now that I am so busy with my job and the daily traffic is horrendous such that I have to leave earlier for work, my only exercise in the morning is the basic warm up of stretching and bending although sometimes I use the hand grip for the wrists and abs as well.
