How much is my forum worth?

Hypothetically speaking, if you were to buy my forum, how much would you think it would be worth?

And no, I'm not planning on selling. I'm just interested to know.

The forum has over 600 members, But if you were making any money it would be worth a good bit more. So it is worth a few hundreds.

Normally people base their payments on 12 month revenue or something like that.

So,

12x$100 = $1,200
Then the forum would be worth atleast $1,000 on it's own.

I say, if you were looking at selling FFF, ask for a starting bid of $2,500.

Cool, though don't they usually go by a couple of years of revenue and not just one. Like if it was making $1,200 a year they would add up 2-3 years worth and then the site? That's what I've seen a few people do.

I'm not sure really. I've heard they only base it on a half year/year, but i may be wrong, even so, it's still a nice sum.

If so, I would probably say about $1200-$1800, depending on the forum and its own factors.

If you are talking about FFF, to the right buyer, you would get the $1200 with ease. Solid stats and SERPs.

right now, 300-450$. Start making revenue on your forum lets say, 30-50 a month and those prices will fly through the roof.

How would I do that? I don't really feel like setting up AdSense, seeing as they don't pay to PayPal and they tend to ban everybody who seems to make a decent amount of money from it.

I mean if you are going to sell it, put ads on there. Buyers look for revenue. If not, dont bother.
