How often do you check on old forums?

Oldest was on Forumotion and was for a Club Penguin fan forum. Unfortunately, that's not available through the WayBack machine

I do so every few months to check in on old friends but I usually just lurk.

I do wish I had copies of my old databases haha

If I quit going to a forum, it's normally because the forum died and in that case there isn't a need to go back.

It is a big challenge for me to be checking those forums since a lot of new ones needs my attention.

I've now stopped looking in on vbulletin.com. It's been a couple of months since I last went there but I took a look today and there were less than 2 pages of new topics since my last visit. I'm a little sorry to say it but vBulletin is now dead and buried.

FP is the only one I still check on now. Sadly all the other forums I have been a part of have been dead for years. I stop by every few months & it always makes me happy to see this place is still alive & well.

Most forums I used to frequent are now offline so I cannot check on them even if I wanted to.

I will check out some old forums over time, but I usually forget their links and can't find many of the older forums that have merged into services like TapaTalk (I think that is it) and such.

Well, there's some forums that aren't around anymore so I can't visit them. There are a few that I go visit from time to time, when I think about it.

I never check on old forums. Usually once I'm done with a place, I'm DONE. Occasionally I'll pop in as a guest, but that's about it.
