As ridiculous as it sounds, I find it easier to make 500 posts at forum promotion.
Why? The topics are well moderated. Members are smarter than most forums. And alot of activity. 😛

A few things:
1. You can get 2,000FP$ by spending about 90 minutes in the forum cash exchange. Skip watching a footy game and then you will be almost half way to your domain. 🙂
2. I'm not entirely sure that you do have to wait 2 months to transfer the domain... I'm sure I've done it immediately before. I thought that that rule was so you couldn't transfer it to another domain registrar?

Well yes, for 2,000FP$ you can get a large amount of posts on your forum, but this is mainly aimed at those who have large amounts of FP$ and nothing at all to do with it. 🙂

Let's say there is a forum I go on that is a year old. I am a MODERATOR there, and the forum is a free domain (Superdiscussions.) Could you make the existing forum a paid domain, or would it have to be a new domain?

As far as Forum Promotion is concerned you would be welcome to use one of our free domain names for that. You might want to check with your forum host if they allow you to use your own domain. Even if they don't you could always re-direct the new domain to your forum host domain, i.e. the current forum domain.Derp said:
