What is your opinion on why people make so many promotion forums? Do you think they have a chance or do you think they will all be shutdown quickly because they can't compete?

I personally think if you wanted to start a promotion forum you should of started 1-3 years ago, Starting them right now is just a pain not only do people not stay with you they just use to advertise then leave then come back again it's pointless right now.
