Invisionfree VS Zetaboards

I don't really like either of them but if I had to pick one, I'd pick Zeta, seeing as its pretty easy to use and I really hate the invison skins.

I started out with InvisionFree, and I still love the software. The lack of security / spam protection doesn't bother me at all, and honestly spoken I would still run a forum with them knowing that I could run a covert bot later and switch if they ever closed.

I was using InvisionFree when Zetaboards first came out and upgrading was an option. At that point I hated Zeta, and I still do. I feel it's too bloated, where InvisionFree was simple, basic, yet powerful and extend-able. I feel that Zeta got inflated as much as vBulletin has, and the feel of the forum is bigger. Most themes are liquid, which I don't like as well.

Just my thoughts, I much prefer InvisionFree, even to this day.

Zetaboards is made by the same company, and is the upgraded version of Invisionfree. It's like comparing Softwarenamev1 and softwarenamev2. Of course the newer one will have more features.
Indeed.
