You believe you are "properly educated"? The guy that said Obama was "a dictator at heart"? Your whole post is pointless, do you really think we don't know anything about the limits of what the government can do? What we are supporting is a bill that will allow people that have not been "properly educated", to have the health care they deserve.

Everything you have said in this post, and your first one in this topic has given me the vestige of rich superiority, something that I am sickened of well beyond the boundaries of what I should ever put into words.

Just because you have worked for your position doesn't give you more right to proper health care than the janitors that clean up after you.

If we really have the best health care in the world why do we have people being dropped because of preexisting conditions? The Health care industries are corrupt, everything they do is about making an extra buck, if it makes them more money, they'll do it, to hell with the people that may die because of it.
Right now, "controls", are what we need. 😉

The reason why the life expectancy of the other countries is higher than ours is because the statistics you are stating include the soldiers that have lost their lives fighting for the freedoms that we and other countries enjoy. France doesn't fight in wars. They are cowards. If it wasn't for us they would be speaking German right now. You guys have to see you live in the greatest country with the most opportunity than any place on Earth. It didn't get that way by following what these lesser nation have done. It got that way by the freedoms we have. The freedom to choose which doctor we go to, what insurance we buy, and if you want to by any insurance at all. You can shop doctors for the best price. You can work out payment arrangements with them. We have these choices now. If Obama gets this "Healthcare" passed you will loose those freedoms. You will not get to choose your doctor. You will have to buy insurance or be fined at tax time. They will have direct accesses to our bank accounts to with draw what they feel is proper payment. There are people that can't work, that can't afford health care, people with learning disabilities, with physical disabilities, people that have circumstances that lead up the the inability to work and earn their living. This my friend, is a human rights issue, not a political one.

He is not talking about medical treatment... he is talking about Medical Insurance. There was a woman who lived in England, and she had incredibly cheep Heath Insurance, but once she came to America, she was bombarded with Insurance bills. Is this your idea of "the best insurance in the world?

You are right and wrong, American is a good nation. It isn't a great one. There's a lot we need to do before it's a "great" nation. Opportunity is out there, unfortunately good heath care isn't.

It is not the governments job to bail out a failing company. It was first sold as "Keeping them out of bankruptcy". Then after billions of dollars didn't save them the administration forced out the ceo's of these two companies and took over through a forced sell to the government. Ford was the only smart one and didn't accept their bailout money because they knew the strings that was attached. All that bailout money and they still wound up in so called "fast track bankruptcy".
The bottom line is the government took over 2 companies that should have been left to restructure on their own. This is how they slowly creep in and take it over. It's been happening for years and now ya'll have a president that is radical enough to force the issue. This guy makes Clinton look like a boyscout. I liked Clinton by the way . Dude was caught bang'n in the oval office and still made 2 terms. hahahah
