Who said I was giving out faulse info? I said it has LESS viruses designed for it then mac or windows, which is true.

I was also talking from MY distro, Xubuntu which is secure as hell. Also the fact that you can publically edit your distro to make it more secure in your own way helps. I am using a modded version of Xubuntu that my friend coded. It has one of the most secure enryptions around for it. Nothing is saved either.

Also xbuntu and any buntu is unsecure.

yeh im still have my Acer laptop. withen the first month it broke down as the Fan stopped working and it almost fried up the curcuts cus i could smell smoke coming from it and when i opened up the back it was mostly black.. lukily its still working and i replaced the fan... it still heats up but not as much but I really hate that loud wooooooooooooooooooooo nose just from opening a simple program like msn and i have a 4GB Ram... like WTH...

My brother is having the same problem. He is going to get it fixed tomorrow. I'll post here what problem it had (if I remember).
