Light Skin over Dark Skin

I like dark templates better but I recently switched to a light one.

I made the one for my website btw, tell me what you think.

ummm, Light skin is better for me. because i don't feel great when it comes to very dark skins. Light skins are great, but not so great that they hurt your eyes.

Personally, I like both.

Generally though I think I prefer dark skins. But things that are like 90% black is just too dark. You need to find a point where the light:dark ratio looks good.

This forum is a good example; the blue lightens the forum up a lot and the medium grey isn't too dark.

Bright forums and really dark forums can look absolutely brilliant but they have to be done incredibly well.

ya light skins are alright depending on the colors. Some neon colors do hurt your eyes but darks too are good. depending. some times it might make the site look like it has no character...But I like both really depends ^_^
