They wont even help you increase rankings, they auto-generate backlinks from who-is pages etc; they have no relevance unless your site is a whois checker or whatever the particular tool uses.. Plus when people stumble upon the pages in the search engines it dosnt look good and it could also be counted as link spam so if you abuse the tools google will slap you.

Yeah from experience these methods simply do not help in the long term. Build them on your own in order to develop.
