Hey,

I'm currently looking for a cheap host. Would be nice if it accepts PayPal (payment method: PayPal funds, not credit card only).

I tried to google but I keep finding these fishy hosts... :/

Thanks!

Could I self promote and say check here for shared hosting deals? http://lowendhost.org/category/sharedhosting/

Some of the hosts, which are known to be good, used by members on this forum are: RatHosting, HawkHost, USHost247, UZR Hosting. 🙂

It depends on your budget of course and what features you would like...

I was actually going to use RatHosting but when I reached the checkout, it didn't let me to use my PayPal funds...

On the invoice do they have a Paypal Checkout and a Paypal Subscribe option? (You can check invoices in WHCMS - Client Panel). If it has a Checkout with Paypal button near the top of the invoice, use that!

It still doesn't allow PayPal funds.

http://tierrahosting.com/ is very cheap and is high end hosting. They are like the grand daddy of hosts...small price for big deals. Support is great, they treat you like they know you and not just a customer, they are very smart and friendly people. Speeds are good, and uptime is good as well. They have been in business for 7 years now, so they know what they are doing.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I don't feel comfortable with that 500MB of disk space. I can get 1.5GB for free with a free host, so why I would want to pay for 500MB. But thanks. 🙂

Did you contacted to their support team, I understood you want to pay from Paypal balance, just ask their support team if they can accept it. Ive recently done with some other hosts and now only using Indian Currency to buy anything.

whats you budget plenty of hosts but you need to give your budget and space and bandwidth you require.

I might sound really greedy, but 1-2€/$/month would be great. Disk size should be more than 2GB.
My site is probably going to use a lot of bandwidth because of images (and maybe videos).

Thanks for the suggestions so far! 🙂

000webhost is free, and is a decent host

There is a maximum limit of files you can store - 6000 files. I need a lot more.

Dumb question: Rat hosting won't allow PayPal funds?
So that means when you go on there you can choose paypal, but when it goes to paypal it shows something like "Use bank account xxxx" or "Card xxxx" (or similar)?
If so it might be because it's a subscribe method. It asks you for that in case you don't have paypal funds in your account so it can auto remove funds from card/bank.

I have funds on PayPal. Trust me , I have tried to click everything and tried everything to try pay with PayPal funds, it just doesn't give the option.
