www.123-reg.co.uk has been decent for me so far; their support team was very help and responded quickly when I had issues. Their ultimate hosting package wasn't suitable enough for my vB forum, but they allowed me to upgrade to a VPS with no hassle and we've run the forum fine since. 🙂

I've read that other people wouldn't recommend 'em but, hey, they've done good for me.
