ok. you do know what your talking about. most people that say that just assume the bible had legless snakes. so we're agreeing lol

Oaerkae, I find that your posts mainly consist of exagerations. My prime example is...

What do you think happened, they just blinked into existence? One day, god said, I would like orangutans, and ~blink~, there they were. So the snake didn't have legs, and the crocodile was always 20 feet or so long, why? Cause you say so. That's what I'm getting out of your post.

We get that you don't understand this concept.
I personally think it's because of the way you phrase it, you make it sound like a cartoon. And even if Evolution is bs, that doesn't neccessarily imply some dude decided to make creatures one day.

Do you see why I have a short wick?

no. its a debate section in a promotion site. its one thing to debate. its another to be an arse about it. all the heavy debaters are guilty of it, but take a step back and realize that by blaming your short fuse on other people, you're acting like a little kid. every action is caused by you so you control your "wick". don blame it on peoples opinions. here is something a friend alway told me:

opinions are like assholes, everyone has one

so you have yours and you can share it as you please. but its just an opinion and you fall under no proof and even worse you blame it on others

Read the bold. Seriously can't you read other people's posts?

If Oaerkae is getting it all wrong. Then please, by all means explain to us ignorants.

What I find is that you have nothing better to say then bad-mouth other people and say they're all wrong. That's the vibe I'm getting from you.

First I thank Glorfindel for explaining to you, cause we all know you don't understand the concept of debating. -😉-

The only reason it sounds like a cartoon is because my post lasts as long as you read it, so maybe 10 seconds (maybe less since you like to skip things), I am not talking about something that took 10 seconds, I am talking about something that took millions of years, crocodiles used to be bigger for the simple reason that they had to.

Another thing, you have this really bad habit of assuming that if someone doesn't agree with you, they must be ignorant, you have bashed people for not being flexible toward your point of view, but you have been so unbendable toward evolution that I really question whether you really care about debating, or you just want to bash people.

Evolution has been proven, you can say it's bs, but ultimately, it has been proven, whether you like it or not. You don't have to say it's true, but until people can prove otherwise, it's considered fact by the rest of the intellectual world.
I am not going to say it's true and become a hardhead, I'm willing to listen to your point of view, but so far it seems as if you don't have a view, and just like to impugn other peoples ideas. So unless you have something constructive to add to this conversation (which is something I'm really questioning), please find something else to do.

I don't have much faith in Internet "debates" 😛
Still not reading your posts.

Wow, that was... I don't know what the heck that was. You just blasted away any weight any of your posts ever had. (If they ever had any to begin with).

I would say that you are being one of the most hypocritical people on this site, but I don't want to be to rude to people like yourself, they usually don't know what they are talking about. -D-

roflmao

Do you really think any of us will get us anywhere, debating these same old issues over and over? Like kicking a dead horse.

Can't you at least come to the conclusion that the people who don't agree with you are fucking morons, leave it at that, and believe what you want to? Then maybe we can start to make a difference.

Do you think I enjoy watching my brothers and sisters rearrange furniture in a condemned house?

I don't want credability. I just want to show you a reflection of yourself.

Can't you at least come to the conclusion that the people who don't agree with you are f*****g morons, leave it at that, and believe what you want to? Then maybe we can start to make a difference.

A... refection... of... myself? What are you talking about? You don't know anything about me, you won't even read my posts. Do something for yourself, look in a mirror, see the refection of yourself, maybe that would change things. (Probably not).

I'm not going to do what you are doing and think that you are a moron for disagreeing with me, that would be hypocrisy, and pharisaicalness, and I'm not going to do it. Do it yourself if you want to bro, it'll get you sooooo far in life.

I know talking to you is pointless, it's like talking to a rock in all honesty. -D- But I like debating, I get a kick out of it. You can stop though.

Girl, you're accusing me of exactly what you did to our creationist scientist friend.
You just read an introduction to his paper, then you peddled off some cliche horsecrap.

Look... You win. You be the smart one. And I'll be the retard. Deal?
Just give a think about it for yourself.

Let me be the dumb guy for one second and ask what I had accused you of doing that I did to Saruman? Maybe you oughta start specifying a little more. -😉-

And you know this... how? I actually read his essay, the reason for deleting half of it as I already pointed out (although you probably didn't even see it), was that I wanted to debate his opinions and not a description of a solar eclipse. I know there was a point to it, I understand that, but most of it was descriptions, and I don't want to debate scientific descriptions, that's your job in this topic, and something I'll be doing once my book comes to it. If there are parts he wants me to debate, I'll debate it, but if I was going to debate freestyle, I wanted to debate his opinions, not his essay of scientific stuff some of which was not directly related to the subject.

Listen, I don't care about anyone being the idiot, I wanna debate! That's why I'm here, not to accuse you of doing something, but to debate MACROEVOLUTION! You keep saying it's horsecrap and then burying it. I don't really think your even thinking about it. I want to debate your, and other anti-evolutionists opinions. That's the topic... that's what I wanna talk about, I personally would like to debate with Saruman cause at least he would debate with me, you just keep trolling.

Listen girl, I'll think about what you want me to think about, if you will think about not acting so sanctimonious, and stop taking all this personally while your at it, this isn't personal.

Yeah I'll add plenty more to our discussion we have going on, I'm currently at work foruming when I should be processing orders ~cheesey_grin~

I'm a 3rd shifter.

I know you guys are just begging for me to come back in here, haha, I will.

That's interesting, but... in all honesty, how does it prove that macroevolution doesn't exist?

The fact that everything about us seems to be a huge coincidence doesn't really say that evolution is wrong, in fact, it helps make it even more believable. IMO.

M.E aside, you are only talking about life as we know it, as far as we know, what people would call "intelligent" life could exist in areas inhospitable to us.

This is true. There already is life that we know of that exists in places inhospitable to us. In our deepest oceans. Some seriously fucked up shit down there. With fish that glow and things that see in the dark. No land-farring animal could exist at that depth of water, not to mention the lack of sunlight.

We could consider them aliens even.

As for it disproving macro-evolution, it doesn't in most senses. What it does do though, is prove that there's some intelligent force (God or what-have-you) that put us on THIS Earth, in some senses.
To me, the fact the moon covers the sun perfectly, is a clear indication that something spooky is going on.

For me personally M.E doesn't prove God's existence, but it also doesn't disprove it either.

Have you ever watched Blue Planet? It talks a lot about the life in Dark Zone and deeper. It's a good video.

This poll is too biased to gauge a proper answer anyway..

" Fact " and " Observable " are almost the same thing.. clarify.

Fact and observable have nothing to do with eachother. Stop your amateurish word magic.

A fact need not be observed for it to be a fact. At least in objective sciences.

In non-Aristotlean science, you have to observe something for it to be there. But you can also observe a lie. lol

How's that for some word magic?

Without macroevolution.. I think I'd ask where it all got so complex. So the God question certainly hinges on evolution. This is why the churches are very keen to turn people into Creationists, because they can use that to draw more into the congregation.

I'll look into that video when I'm on a connection that doesn't have a 5gig cap lol
