Do you listen to music while you sleep?

I think I have reached a point where I simply cannot sleep without music 😀

Not really, but was addicted when in high school. I had the headphone in my ears with the lights turned off. I have broken numerous of headsets with this habit.

Depends on insomnia. Usually listen to something peaceful.

Most times, yes. I sometimes will put my iPod on shuffle. Other times I just pick a album to listen to.

I've never been one to listen to music while I sleep. However, I do like to listen to the TV while I sleep.

Absolutely not 😀 I need total silence and total darkness to sleep

I use to have music on while I slept. I haven't done it in a long, long time though.

I've honestly never tried this. I've fallen asleep while music was playing, but I think I'd be too into it to have any decent sleep. I may have to try this at some point, though. What type of music do you listen to, @Lord Saru?

How could anyone even? Aside from rain on the roof I need dead silence...Also pitch black darkness.

I cannot listen to music while I'm sleeping however it does help me wind down for the evening. When I am feeling particularly restless and need to relax I like to listen to music. What helps me fall asleep is focusing on instrument whether it be drums, guitar, bass, etc and I just listen for that one sound and it helps me relax. I do have to remove my headphones before I completely fall asleep.

I never listen to music while I sleep, but I do need noise to fall asleep. That noise usually comes from TV-series or a movie, though.

I used to a long time ago. I can't fall asleep with music playing anymore though!

Yeah, every single night. I have some relaxing music under my pillow every night. It's very quiet though.

I have headphones in until the last minute, which sometimes gets me nearer to sleep and sometimes has the reverse effect. It can get to a point where you start to fall asleep then the music wakes you again, or you start jamming instead of singing. Might just be the fact that I'm not into the right music for it, I'm a big rap fan which isn't too well suited to the purpose. 😀

I can't imagine sleeping to rap... Too much bass lol

I use my ipod and sleep to fan sounds or hz frequencies like a normal weird person! :shifty:
