Just ask your needs. I will make for ya. Watch the theme demo and then comes the money deal. Its simple means not that simple, its means theme will not have extra javascripts..

Actually $5-$15 is really cheap for a theme, lots of people charge up to $100 for themes.

It depends on what forum software. For phpBB, it will cost about 100 dollars because it's a lot harder to edit with it.

You want a vBulletin engine for MyBB? I have one I could give you (I'm using it on my forums, but will be sort of phasing it out).

Just another pointer, Tahoma > Verdana. That one change surprising makes all the MyBB themes I've seen really good.
 
Uhmm You will rip vb themes? For money?? Not only is that illegal its immoral..
 
I think ripping a VB theme in MyBB is not illegal, besides mosts people there likes VB themes in MyBB style. neways thnx for comment.
 
Uhmm no one on the mybb board has ripped a style execpt a few who have gotten banned.

Sure some well alot like the vb header. That is not ripping though,

Ripping a vb theme is illegal unless ofcourse the theme itself is under something like the gpl or mit license.
