If the deal was real, I'd take it. 20,000 more than I have. IDC what you say if someone wants to buy my forum, take it! 😛

Is it making all that money from adsense.

Also $20,000 is a lot of money. You could buy a new car or put a nice down payment on a house with that much. At least in $20,000 USD. 😛

You declined 20k? Are you serious? That could get you two nice holidays somewhere & and still have tons of money left. It's only a forum, I would have accepted the offer, too good to turn down.
 
Amazing, great job on building a forum which is worth so much or even more, and earning 10,000 dollars in revenue per year.
 
I love my websites but if I was offered that I would straight up sell it. Like I love my sites and would be sad to see them go but that would be like a new car for me, or a down payment on house + extra.

Also, I highly doubt the offer was serious. RuneGear clearly does well but 20k, I really doubt it was serious.
 
20k wow talk about a nice offer.. I think you deserve an award just cause you got offered that much...
 
This is big offer, i will consider to sell it and then build another forum
