Hello everyone
It has been a little while since our last big (ish) update. During that time we haven't just been sitting back and enjoying ourselves (I wish we could :yes: ). Based on users feedback recently, users wanted more updates and more ways to spend forum cash in order to make it worth while. We have 2 service related announcements today satisfying both of those suggestions we have received.
Featured Forum is back!
It has been a long while since this service was last active. This service used to take hours weekly for us to update this service with 10 sites in rotation. In a way to not only make this service easier for us to manage but to also make it more worthwhile for members, we have made some important changes. From now on, both Featured Forums will be fixed (non rotating). This means it will be alot quicker for us to update weekly and it will give the 2 sites alot more exposure. This is now our high value service and the service we feel is the most effective service we offer here.

New Service - Ad Bubble
As you might have noticed already, there is a little speech bubble of link ads that appear under the first post on every page. This bubble of links is situated in a prime position to get exposure. Rather the placing it after the content on just the forum index page or putting it right down in the overall footer, we have put it in a place where people have to see the ads. Whenever someone reads a topic they will have to scroll past these ads to read the rest of the topic or reply. This means that users will pay alot more attention to these ads compared to the other positions as the links are situated right in the middle of the main content of the page. On average, recently we have been getting 1000+ posts per day on this forum which means that on atleast 1000 occasions people have to go over these ads so it does get seen by many. Think how many guests we have and how many people that actually read topics and don't reply during that day. It can be quite effective.
