Reminder for those who can't pay for full time rates, I have the following rates for those who aren't expecting me to be on the forum 24/7:
Part Time Admin
$90 USD Monthly Base Pay - Pay Rate may increase if duties are labor intensive, highly more specific or with increased duties other than standard forum administration duties.
Part Time Moderation Team Lead
$70 USD Monthly Base Pay - Pay Rate may increase if duties are labor intensive, or if there are increased duties other than standard forum moderation and team lead duties.
Part Time Regular Moderator
$50 USD Monthly Base Pay

And for those interested in my full time options, full time details are listed in my original post for moderation and moderator team lead (supervisor), and negotiable for the full time administrator. Be aware that my rates may increase, as the average for those jobs increases for those with the experience to fill said positions.
Looking to hire myself out to anyone who is willing to appreciate time dedicated in helping forums gain activity. Even though I list full time rates, I also have a flat monthly rate for participating in being staff for those who need the help, but on a schedule that doesn't scream full time.

If someone wants to have me as a partner, that could work potentially. The biggest issue with me not taking partner requests, is lack of potential earnings to the site, that could be split between the owner (you) and the partner (me). If you think that your forum idea has the potential to allow splitting of any future income with me to a certain percentage of profits, contact me. 🙂
Updated a couple things. Main update, is that I removed the full time section, except for Full Time Administration. I also updated the part time administration rate, due to past work within the past couple of years, due to abuse of time and agreed contracted work. This rate is a drastic increase for a monthly contract for basically light to moderate part time administration.
EDIT: To clarify the above, the abuse of time and contracted work, was in regards to quite literally abuse from the forum owner in question, that made numerous rash major decision changes without thinking things through, that caused issues with my being able to properly configure the back and front ends, moderation of members and the posts and topics they made, and numerous other items, that ate up quite a bit of time and cause quite a bit of frustration, that I should have been paid full time on a salary to do.
The fee went from $90 USD per month, to $200 USD per month for Administration. I am willing to negotiate the cost to something lower, if an agreement is made in private, and if I am guaranteed more than 6 months on the contract to help you out.
The rates for part time moderation help is still the same cost since 2018, when I initially finalized the rates for the positions. Which is $50 per month, without any leadership expectations; and $70 per month, if you want me to be in charge of hiring and firing any moderation staff that are not being paid (or being paid little).
Updated my thread to show I am no longer contracted to any forum at the moment.
Updated the Monthly Part Time Admin costs; which is defined as less than 21 hours per week; to 175 per month. This was updated to 200, back in July, due to extra work added by the person I was contracted to work with. Admin Part time Price per month might drop again in the future, depending on workload or other items allowing for not always pushing above 21 hours per week.
Updated my full time/salary admin section, to the following:
Clarified the following: Time Expectations: 31-40 Hours a week. Additional Hours as needed, at rates listed below, in overtime. Unless contract specifies workload. Salary Cost: $xxx,xxx USD Per Negotiated Contracted Salary Year, based off of needs of individual or business. Salary Cost, is defined as contract specific, where the person looking is needing specific work to be done, and wants to control costs to a contracted work agreement specific to that end. Full Time Hourly: $85 Per Hour, at 31 hours minimum per week, up to 40 Hours per week.
Added to hourly, the following section. Overtime Cost: Any time above agreed on hourly scheduled. Click on the spoiler added in the opening post for additional information.
I am currently holding a volunteer position at discussion bucks, as an tech admin assist, with moderation assistance.
If you want me available and don't care about how much time per week I put into the position, the part time listing is the way to go. If you want to potentially lower the cost of the monthly rate, ask about having me on for more than 6 months by agreement, and I will give you an updated rate based on circumstances to the position you want.
I've added Discussion Bucks to the list of previous and current work, as I apparently forgot to check to see if I added it previously.
I have also updated the Package Team Leader to Service Team Leader, so to not have to have multiple jobs with the same requirements and requested costs. I have also added Review and Editorial Work to the list with expected costs for doing the job.
Posting Package Work will be on an individual basis, based on the particulars of the site or forum.
