Mortgage is around $1,200/mo, plus a $160 HOA fee. I find that reasonable. The townhouse I rented before was $1,400+ and rising to $1,500, also much smaller and built with cheaper materials.
Sometimes I do miss $0 it cost to live with mom, though.
Snow removal, ice removal, lawn and garden services, a clubhouse with a pool and hot tub, city water, and outside maintenance such as future roof replacement, stucco, concrete, water damage, etc. What does your HOA include?
Most do till there 30 years old lol
