I'm having trouble with a new PC.
It crash's every morning about 8AM.
It crash's when you try to upload to the net.
It crash's when you click a link on the desktop.
It crash's when you click the downloads folder.
I have a pic of the crash I'll try to get it sometime.
I have tried MSE(microsoft security essentials), AVG, and Malware scan.
It displays a blue screen and says something crashed and dumps memory.
I'm going to have to say it would probably be your RAM. Did you recently put in new RAM chips or maybe try taking out one chip at a time and force crash it to see which chip it is.
If so you need to uninstall one of them. Running two real time protection anti virus programs can cause crashes, conflicts, and cause you to become more vulnerable to getting infected.
Well considering this is a new pc, I'm assuming it did work at one point or another. I'd go back to basics and see if you can roll back to a restore point or even check your task manager and/or registry to see what programs are running on your start up. It sounds to me that something is running from the get go and causing the malfunction, just an idea. Usually it's always something simple that causes the problem. Give it a go, even as a process of elimination. I'd always check hardware last to be honest.
Bluescreens are usually caused by hardware problems. It could be anything, really. If you get the error code from the bluescreen, you can Google it (and post it here) to determine which piece of hardware is causing it. Right-click on My Computer, hit Properties, and go to Advanced System Settings (I'm assuming you have Windows 7). Then, under Startup and Recovery, go to Settings. Uncheck "Automatically restart" towards the bottom. This will stop your computer from restarting when it bluescreens so that you have time to write down the error code (or get a picture of it).
