It has come to my attention that a lot of you have been requesting to speak to me, and then trying to contact me by other means, or not bothering to follow the staff members instructions.
So, this is a reminder that you support is only available as listed in the following thread here:

This means that support is only available here on the forums, and via support ticket. Support will also be available via the backup board & twitter when necessary.
Limited support may be available via live chat, depending on which staff member is on-line, as it is mainly for sales & general questions, and not for support related issues, etc.
I would also like to remind you, that should you wish to speak to a certain member of staff, and the member of staff you are currently speaking to on live chat cannot help you out, you should send a support ticket, instead of asking them to get them to get the member of staff for you.
Unsolicited support via PM, personal e-mail or via IM on MSN, Skype, etc. , including requests to come on, will simply be ignored!
