The biggest thing I'd say is probably wanting to foster a community of people and not worrying so much about when there are occasional slow times or people leave. There will always be people who want to be part of a community that centers around something you care about. 🙂

The signs of a great admin is a website that's been online a long time. For instance yours at 15 years. I've had mine up for around 4 years but 15 is insane. I plan to have mine online for the rest of my life. Even 100 years if it was possible. Congratulations.
