However keep in mind that the folks behind FP has much more technical know how than the target audience of FP (newer webmasters). Thus, it would be a positive thing to recommend the easiest software to use to members, rather than one you know will give people problems.Fowler said:All software have bugs and phpBB does not have more then other softwares really. He is already using phpBB3 with mods installed. I wasn't recommending any software in my post. Personally I would say you need to get a copy of MyBB and play with it. Install it on your server and see how things work. If you like it better than phpBB, make the switch. If not, you haven't lost anything.
