System Restore

I do have it enabled on my laptop and ive set them to automatically make one every 2 days, this is because i got alot of important files on my laptop and i don't have enough time/space to back them all up so i just use a system restore when i need to. It also saves me from having to reformat my PC and lose everything.

Bare in mind Windows Restore doesn't actually backup/restore and personal files, music and videos. If you have any important files it is best to back up somewhere like a portable hard drive. If something happens and you lose important files, system restore probably won't restore them and if your hard drive totally gives up, you will have no files whatsoever and whether or not system restore was enabled won't matter as your whole hard drive is buggered.

Yeah but i mainly keep them on one drive anyways. Although i have my really important files backed up on an external HDD. It's still useful when i muck things up 🙂.

Most of my system restore are internet related aswell. I sometimes disabled some services and deleted some registry keys, and my internet does not work, so I need to restore.
