Thanks mate! We are starting to pick up traffic, but these things take time. But as you say, were improving lol.

I know that Superduck is coming to work as a designer for the site, which I know is a great step in the right direction as he`s wonderful. But you`ll always be welcome at TST mate, as you`ve done some great deeds for me lol.

Because I wanted a change and TST is a better name, which was thought of by one of our moderators.

Any way i like the new name better the first one wes kind of noobish.
 
Glad you like the new name. But I thought TCF was fine, and described basically what we are. However, TCF would only take us so far, in this I mean branding, advertising ect.. TST is a lot better and also describes what we do!

Were growing, but haven`t been up that long. Check back this time next year and we sure to have a lot more members hehe.

I am making so many changes to it, we have a paid photo gallery being integrated into the forums, so you can post your wonderful pictures.

The site looks like its doing very well in terms of activity and member posting. The template isnt one I'd immediaty think "Tech Support" but hey, whatever works. The banner is nice - matches the site well. All in all, its pretty good. 🙂

I don't like the template, I think every default skin is quite boring. That is the only suggestion I can think of, get a new skin.
 
I don't think giving it a name like what you can make it shorter like TST, it does not look professional that is more what gaming sites do or clan's.
 
Damo2k0, I seriously can`t understand what you mean, and many people love the site. Your saying calling it TST doesn`t look professional, what do many forums do, they call them by the innitials.

I disagree. TS uses that skin and so does many others, were providing technical support, not graphical support.

I posted the site on another site, and here are two comments we got;

"A very impressive site Jason & Howard. I only looked at the forums dealing with malware and thought the step-by-step guide to dealing with it was one of the most thorough & comprehensive that I've seen. Also it is detailed and put in simple English, which is excellent for dummies like me and for people from the rest of the world who's knowledge of English may be limited.
You also listen to criticisms and advice, which is a mature approach as it's all too easy to get defensive when someone points out something they don't like or don't agree with. You see that in the best way - as a learning opportunity, not as an attack on your ego. That's good also.
As well as the advice on removing malware, and so on, you might want to consider some preventative advice as well. Something along the lines of this from the reliable "Castlecops".
