I'll mark you for 8 weeks and just assume renewal if we're both are still posting at the end of it. Actually 40ppm is a bit high for me, how about a 30 post a month? 30 post is just the minimal quota, I will still post more if I can, I just rather more natural posting than feeling stressed to meet the criteria.
I am actually considering just stick with some sort of active/active deals only. If I do I will be able to post 10ppw with you all. I'll let you know tonight.

So if you want your Freebies or a one time exchange do it now!
I will finish what I already accepted and whatever comes before sunday AEST time.
It has been fun getting to know your communities.
From now I will only focus in a few on going deals at the time.
I'll try my best to have the same amount with each community. Aiming for something between 5ppw and 10ppw.
Every two months I'll check the post activities and assume renewal if we're both still active unless otherwise specified.

Guys. Sorry if this comes as a disappointment but I need to focus my effort in my community. This means that I am ditching the Freebies and the one-time exchanges for the time being.

The last month has been a great experience in which I found deals closer to what I look for are through active/active deals. In the past, when I did those I always ended up the one left alone in a few months.
I honestly thought that by making small renewable exchange deals, I'd get some few regulars for my place. A very small fraction of you asked for renewals but for the rest was just a quick exchange in forums that were abandoned or destroyed way too soon. While I love helping communities grow, it is also truth that I have become tired to constantly see my effort disappearing on thin air.
Funny enough last month I got a few active deals going and honestly I feel great. I am happy with them and happy in their communities. I also have seen a genuine flourishing in my community through genuine interaction and I am growing some friendship bonds too - maybe a bit too quickly! XD.
I also have realised that I can put my fears of the deal fading with a very simple rule: the month one of us is not fulfilling we can be relieved from the agreement until further contact. So rather than stupid biweekly checks let's just keep going each month. If something happens we keep in touch.
So right now this is what I can offer:

More of a goal than a strict guideline. So long we're active it should be fine. - After the quota forget about the deal and just have some fun. No string attached to our posting habits. You go your way and I go mine.
- Automatic monthly renewal signaling by our continual posting. If I don't hear from you in a while I will halt. If you don't hear from me in 4 weeks. Halt.
- I am not interested in daily active/actives but feel free to convert to ppw or ppm and I might consider...

I am still thinking about what kind of deals to suit my busy schedule. I will decide by the time this reopens.
Before 2018 all the safe kind of deals I could offer would be 2 ppw (post per week) or 10 ppm (post per month). However, I am bumping this thread in order to gauge interest and heard suggestions, questions, etc.
If you already have an account on my Zelda Community with at least 11 posts, I am willing to negotiate with you straight away.

My base quota right now is stupidly low though. I hope you don't mind.
We start with a minimum quota of 4 posts per week - meaning we are welcome to post more, but that'd be on us, no strings attached.
If I feel I can post with ease a larger amount I will let you know.
