Yep that's what im talking about. Used to happen to me. Could go to my websites fine but 404'd on my host cpanel. I'm not sure about that one. He says he's having problems with the Cpanel, not the actual forum. Because as I've said, I know that there are times when we've had serious server issues on the host that I'm on, and I'd go on my site thinking something was seriously wrong, but then I'd go on other sites on the same host only to find the same problem is host-wide, not just happening to me. So I think if it were to have been his host, he wouldn't be able to view his forum, nor would he be able to view other forums on that host.
