I tried to log into cpanel and I get

Internal Server Error

500

more than 400 attempts to create a session failed

is somebody trying to hack me?

Do you know of any forums that are on the same host as you? Because I know at PH we've had some major downtime before, and I thought of my site was being hacked, but then I checked out other sites that were hosted on the same host as I, and I couldn't get into those sites/forums either. So, who knows? If you know of sites that are on the same host as you, you could try visit them (not log in, just view as a guest) and see if the same thing might hold true for you, and if it does, then it's probably a host wide issue.

The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code that means something has gone wrong on the web site's server but the server could not be more specific on what the exact problem is.

There are limited things that you can do.

1. Reload the page by pressing F5.
2. Come back later.
3. Contact the host for support.

If you need any help, send me a PM and I can attempt to fix it.

What host are you on mate?
I'm getting the same issue with my site

Empire hostings had that problem so if you use Empire hostings your answer is it's a problem that's now been resolved.

Probably just your host down, keep checking back. What host do you use? I had Fatcow for a while and this would happen all the time (hence why I switched)

I'm not sure about that one. He says he's having problems with the Cpanel, not the actual forum. Because as I've said, I know that there are times when we've had serious server issues on the host that I'm on, and I'd go on my site thinking something was seriously wrong, but then I'd go on other sites on the same host only to find the same problem is host-wide, not just happening to me. So I think if it were to have been his host, he wouldn't be able to view his forum, nor would he be able to view other forums on that host.

My probable is fixed I'm using mycpanel.co.uk they Annouced that they were having server issues

Yep that's what im talking about. Used to happen to me. Could go to my websites fine but 404'd on my host cpanel. Anyways problem solved

Are you hosted on Empire Hosting? The reason why it went to a 404 is because EH was resetting itself.
