Yes, its worth it...But xenforo is also worth it.

I wouldn't go PHPBB, not very flexible, IMO.
And I wouldn't go IPB because to me, the software is UGLY. Downright ugly. Yuck. :shrug:

I would buy directly from vbulletin just to be on the safe side.
