@Fanta: Yes, I have and I think JINX and Night have as well. I'm sure I could get something done if I were allowd to post it on their forums bet they won't allow it. They have a litigation page and I have completed n' submitted the form but that was days ago. Additionally if you go to any page and scroll to the very bottom there's a link, "Report an abuse". I've done that on at least 10 pages I'm sure (you have to do it with every page and fill out the form).

JINX and Night may have also done that as well.

Can't you just inform Serebii and then watch as they email the guy's host (forumotion) and have his account terminated? That's probably the best thing to do.

This may take a while, I dunno. It does sometimes take a few days.

I have informed Serebii. They seem to be amused by the situation more than anything. That's not to say that they're not doing something. But if they are.... then they're doing it discreetly.

Oh well. Ive lost my competitive nature when it comes to forums. I only care about what goes on at my forum. If someone wants to pathetically copy my forum then I suppose I cant stop them. I could send empty threats but it doesnt always work.
They wont have the same community of people. That is something you cannot copy.

Same as Theezy. I just go on forums for fun. If someone copies off of me, it doesn't matter. I just let them be as long as they leave me be. If it was someone who went around totally spamming forums and perhaps even hacking forums, then I'd be more worried.

Well, what I don't think some people realise is what he's doing is Illegal. He could easily be facing more than just getting his site shut down (which is totally possible now that his IP address is out in the open and considering that some might still have the PSD to the stolen images).

It is copyright infringement after all.

I don't know how Greece does things, but I'm sure they have Copyright laws. (Greece is where he lives as I'm sure you've surmised from my previous statement)

Well, I usually don't worry about things like this, but I did put his IP in the IP Deny Manager just in case. Because you never know. One of these days we might up and decide to have graphics on our forum, and we can't afford to have any of those ripped off by anybody.
