Jordan's bid of $80 still stands as I if no higher bid comes in I will wait until next week when he will have the funds available. So as it stands $80 is still the highest bid.

Hi Fergal.

My bid still remains in tact, As I have told you in a PM when you have asked. When Tindrisdcided to close the biding, I was away out west and was unable to get to the bank. Was not because I did not have the funds.
I am back now and Will be going to the bank today. You are more than welcome to bid higher if you want, but my $80 still stands and if no one else bids then the bidding will more than likely end today once I get to the bank and pay Tindris.

I told Tindris this once she contacted me and said I was unable to get to the bank until this week because I was away. I said you can either hold it and I will pay the $80 when I get to the bank, or you can put it back open and maybe get even a higher bid. Anyhow, My bid still stands.

He had the money, and was ready to buy the site. He waited around a month for you to come online so he can send you payment. It's not his fault that personal things arose where he no longer could afford the site, when he was anxiously waiting for almost a month to buy it.

I made myself available to him several times and supplied him with all the neccessary information. If someone makes an offer and then no longer makes the payment they have actually promised, that I count as bailing. This is not a thread to discuss the matter, he bailed and didn't buy the site, therefor it is still for sale.

I was genuinely interested in buying this site. However, I didn't want to bid more than $80 and I didn't believe that there was a real bid for that amount. I received a lot of disagreement when I posted the above about a month ago. Obviously I don't know all the details so I don't know if it was the buyer who wouldn't pay or if the seller didn't want to accept the bid.

Anyway, is there a BIN price for this sale?

What is the minimum bid that you will accept now?

The buyer pulled out as he suddenly didn't have funds. I will accept bids of $70 and above, with a BIN of $150. I just want to get rid of this as I have no time for it, but need the funds for college...

I can assure you the bid was real. Let me clear some things up as I am not to keen on my reputation as an investor being tarnished over something like this.

When Tindris first contacted me saying she had accepted my bid I was away out west and unavailable to go to a bank at the time. As you have asked, there was no set end date so I was not aware of when she would have been accepting it. Just turns out she did at the time of my absence. I told her I will be back to pay within a few days. Regarding the closing of the auction, I had told her to extend it the few days, and that alone I know can sound fishy. I had done this as I am much of a buyer as a seller. I would have loved her to get the best that she could out of it and if that meant me having to bid again then sure. I did have a cap on how much I was going to bid myself though as well.

She agreed and thanked me for being honest. On August 28th I had told her I went to the bank and was ready to pay. At which point she had asked me

However, at that time I replied with tomorrow I have a plane to catch going back to Ontario, which is where I live. (At the time I was in Prince Edward Island).

She was hoping to get to bed so we agreed to do the transactions on Friday. Sure enough Friday came and I had got no reply from her.
Two days passed before i tried contacted her again with yet again, to no avail.

Another two days has passed (now on September 4th) when she contacted me back. Saying sorry for her not being available prior.
She asked if I was ready to make the transaction, I had told her second as I talk to josh. (I was going to purchase the site for him, as generous as I was.)
I said ready, she said ok, and I procceded with me asking for her paypal:

Oddly enough it was yet another two days before she replied (September 6th)

At which point now it comes down to me not being available. When we finally both are online at the same time its the 10th now. Since now it was my fault for being offline so much I had said "Sorry tindris I have been extremely busy lately since I got home. A lot has been going on ". I had barely got online since our last talk. A lot of unpacking and then some things to take care of. Like I said, a lot was going on.

With all that said, next time we spoke I had told her the bad news. I had said I would love to take it off her hands However, during these unfortunate events, I lost an incredible amount of money.

A considerable amount of money has been taken from me, and I was than at that point unable to pay no more. I had already told josh prior to talking to Tindris.

I would not blame individually you or me. As we both had our moments of absence. In the end things ad took a turn for the worst and my pool of funds are no longer available. Like I had said, I completely understand the position you got put through in order to have to find another buyer. And I did also say I don't wish for you to feel as if I was backing out. However, it appears you took it that way.

In all, the time zones that we both live in can take a considerable difference in the way we been trying to contact each other.

I am sorry to hear that his has happened to you, but this also puts me in a difficult position as you probably understand.

Although I was not available on Skype for you every day mainly due to time zones.. I did pm you with my PayPal and made payment arrangement SEVERAL times. This transaction could of been done a lot earlier. I don't really care what excuses you have, at the end of the day for whatever reason you bailed and didn't make the promised payment. This is a buyers error, not a sellers. The site is still for sale, and what has happened here is not my fault. As I have already stated, this is a sales thread and not a place for you to defend your breaking of the deal.
