weed/marijuana and your views?

Yeah guess that is true, they're not that expensive for cheaper ones anyway, you can get them for $40 online of course the real high quality ones are over $200.

But anyhow, there is so much bad sheet around here that weed is virtually harmless. When you got kids mixing oxy with xanax you have no need to worry about weed. It's ironic that weed fines are higher.
That sounds like over here. They have these things like bath salts, incents, and other things people are using as drugs. It is freaking crazy...

For sure, i accept pot is better than most drugs and legal drugs, but you can't put aside the side effects, i support legalization and use, but you need to understand with anything there are consequences.

My cousin who was a daily pot user, ended up with Schizophrenia, he wasn't on any other drugs and there is no history of mental illness in the family, he ended up hanging himself a few years ago.

So for people who think pot is fine and you can smoke it every day and have no consequences think again.

Finally, someone else who understands the consequences.....

Maybe it's not comparable with tobacco but it DOES have it's own severe downsides and isn't the harmless addiction it appears.

Well yes, but that's true with anything. Daily pot users will end up having some problems. By that time though something is wrong with you if you smoke that much. Other times its the stereotypical culture itself, I've known people that smoke once a month but end up trying to be 'cool' being lazy assess that do nothing all day, just to try and fit in with those that actually have lots of it. But eh kids are teh stupids.

I would say legalize it. May as well get some tax bucks off of it. As long as they don't smoke it in public, I'd be fine with it.

I also agree to legalize it! It would bring the over-populated prisons down to normal sizes and have beds for the real criminals.
Let's legalize illegal immigration so that we don't have to put Mexicans in jail. It would be racist, cruel, and unneeded.

We are thinking of opening borders :great: :cheer:

Which I think is sad 🙁

O well no need to get
Why are people so opposed to having Latinos in the United States?

The one thing that does annoy me about some pot heads who think Marijuana is completely safe for them, Weed does cause tar to build up in your lungs, more so that say Tobacco because you hold it in longer, i guarantee if you put a filter on your joint you will see a build up of shit on it, using a bong will help filter most of it, but there will still be some traces, who ever thinks that smoking weed is harmless if just plain dumb.
while you are right that smoking does leave tar. It doesn't leave more then tobacoo.

I can also say that is why I prefer to vaporize weed,it is alot more healthier from you and you do not get tar 😉.
I could careless about weed now. I'm bipolar, and weed gave me more health problems. Don't get me wrong, smoking is kinda nice to do, but its not worth it when you have a disorder, and weed gives you insomina, racing thoughts, rambling, and psycosis.

Weed is always going to be protested by people, and debated, as being good, but guess what? Who cares? Weed isn't for everyone, and really, it shouldn't ever be illegal.

LMAO what? If that was true why the hell would I and many other users of weed be smoking it to go to sleep...

That is one medical reason I use weed for is my insomnia.

As for the racing thoughts and rambling I have I don't see that as a problem.. I love rambling on and on 😛.

As for psycosis I think you mean to say paranoia 😉.

[anti mexican person] CAUSE THEY TAKING OUR JOBS!!!![/anti mexican person]

You would not believe how many times I heard that.

Alright yeah the insomnia part dunno but I'm agreeing with the fact its not for everyone and can increase problems in those that have them, whether they're apparent before the pot use or not. Still the same can be said about other relatively harmless drugs like shrooms or acid.

... Acid harmless ... yeah right it is far from it....

Thats for a different topic though.. back on topic

I said relatively, compared to the other things out there it's not as dangerous unless someones' in the wrong mindset. Most dangerous part is because that it's on the street and it could be poison what people think is acid or some insane dosage. There are cases of Drs that did it numerous times and were relatively fine, compare that to hard core prescription drug users.

Certainly not as bad as alcohol or tobacco in most cases if precautions are taken. That being said it has the potential to be extremely dangerous from what a person can do. At the same time you could say marijuana can lead to death too in that people are more open to suicide when high if they have suicidal thoughts.

I personally believe it should be legal for multiple reasons.
1. Alcohol kills more people per month than weed ever could.
2. It would extremely help us in efforts on getting out of national debt (US Related of course)
3. It is a natural plant, it's not a chemically produced plant like tobacco.
Those are just a few that popped in my head at this moment.

This is one of the best arguments for legalization of marijuana. Legalization and taxation would add billions of dollars to government revenue every year.

Not only the revenue it directly brings in but the money saved by not arresting tens of thousands of people weekly for it.

That's the other side of the coin really. U.S. jails and prisons are already at a point where they are over occupied. And a lot of the people in there are for stupid habitual marijuana reasons. It would free up a lot of space in the prisons and jails, but also save the Government a pretty penny. Consider the fact that government pays close to $47,000 per incarcerated inmates in California per year. That's more than my salary!

Has it be proven Tobacco harmful than marijuana? If that is the case, I do not see why the government not made it legal .

Marijuana become legal = people happy
Marijuana become legal = Government get lot money = Government is happy

It's all politics, that's why. There's too much politics in it. Tobacco wasn't originally considered bad for you when it first hit the market. It was considered the "cool" thing. So many people have been addicted to tobacco it's not something the government can just take away. It's just something they can tax the hell out of. Marijuana to my recollection has never been "legal" in the U.S.
