A lot of libertarians so far. I think the question on having someone to obey and someone to command question sets the field apart.
I put "agree" for that.
I put 'disagree'. I think for at least some questions, there should have been a neutral.
I put "strongly disagree."

Well there can't be plain anarchy. There needs to a chain of command in society, whether it be at your work place, in the military, etc.

Agreed. I don't see how any of the extremes would work out in real life. Human nature would ruin everything, thus why there need to be laws and such.

Yeah what was with the question on movie theaters??

Taxpayers should not be expected to prop up any theatres or museums that cannot survive on a commercial basis.

I think it's saying if a theatre or museum can't get enough funding from the public, ie. visiting and watching, then tax payer funding shouldn't go to putting them up. I put agree.

Still a strange question. Would make more sense for a question on the government using tax payer money to bail out businesses or something.

Funny thing is both sides of US government did that...

I only put disagree because if there is a "forced" chain of command then it would affect our own liberties. If we have the option to not follow certain commands then at least we have our own civil liberties. I'm sure you would want some form of freedom to make your own decisions. The question said "In a civilised society, one must always..." and the use of "always" is questionable, hence why I put disagree. If it said "one must generally have..." or similar, then I'd put agree.

Theater as in plays and what not, not a movie theater I'm guessing lol.

Still, I don't see why government should bail them out either.

Same reason you have statues and other works of art that won't make any money but have upkeep.

I'd call those things "cultural items".

And if you invest enough of them over time, you'l start earning money through tourism. Wether it be local or international.

I also really think that museums are necessary. If museums can't stay afloat without some government support, then maybe we just need to prop them up. Apparently there's enough to go around anyway since we bailed out a bunch of CEOs who have literally gamed the system and contributed nothing to society. 😛

CEOs today have mostly inherited their jobs from the people who did the actual work.

That may be true for some companies, but that doesn't mean the CEO position isn't important. Eg Apple's stock dropped yesterday despite record profits reported, because Steve Jobs has questionable health.

Slowly getting more libertarian lol

Rather shallow questions, if I do say so myself. I actually was neutral in most of them and a lot of them were really basic.
